Welcome to Baund. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Baund.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our kits are produced in small batches. We may change, pause, or discontinue products at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment providers. Prices may change without notice.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
- We currently ship within the U.S. (international shipping coming soon).
- Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
- Free shipping on all kits.
- Returns: Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus return shipping). Opened kits may be returned within 30 days with a $20 processing fee deducted. See our full return policy in FAQs.
USE OF PRODUCTS
Our kits are designed for personal use only, not for resale. While Baund products are crafted with safety across species in mind, please follow usage instructions and discontinue if irritation occurs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including product names, copy, imagery, and films—belongs to Baund LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Baund is not liable for misuse of products, allergic reactions, or issues outside of our control (e.g., shipping delays). Your use of our products is at your own risk.
GDPR & INTERNATIONAL DATA USE
If you are located in the EU/EEA:
- You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
- You may request a portable copy of your data.
- Data transfers outside the EU (e.g., to U.S.-based Shopify/Klaviyo) are covered by contractual safeguards.
Requests can be made at care@baund.co and will be handled within 30 days.
CCPA & CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you live in California:
- You have the right to know what personal data we collect and how we use it.
- You may request deletion of your personal data.
- You may opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data).
- Exercising these rights will not affect the level of service you receive.
